Our Story

A place to
slow down

Milstar's Bar sits on Caribou Drive as a quiet refuge from the rush — a space where the morning ritual of a perfectly pulled espresso blends seamlessly into the evening ritual of a well-crafted cocktail.

Whether you're settling in with a book at the counter, catching up with a friend over a pour, or stepping in for a quick coffee before the day begins, there's a sense of ease here that's hard to find. We don't do loud or hurried. We do genuine.
